Q: How can I reduce my utility costs, what settings are best for efficiency when it comes to my heat and air system.
A: For the best results, you need to find a balance between comfort and efficiency. The less your Air Conditioner or Heater runs, the higher your utility bill will be, so we reccomend setting it at a higher temperature in the summer and a lower temperature in the winter. Our reccomendation is to set your Heater to 69 in the winter, and set your Air Conditioner to 78 in the Winter. These are not rules, just suggestions, and in the end, you need to be comfortable in your own home. We know that our Little Rock customers can get very warm in the summer and very chilly in the winter, so set your thermostat where it's most comfortable for you.

Q: How Long should my unit last?
A: A package unit should last approximately 10 years, and a split system should last 14 years. There are many factors that affect the life of your system, though. These factors include the frequency of service, regular maintenance, changing filters, and the overall care of your system. To maximize the life of your unit, we reccomend having a regular service plan so you don't have to worry about it, we'll schedule it for you and we will make sure that your system is at its' peak condition.
